“ Barbacoa had a lways been good, except last Sunday, 011125. It was minced, mixed with lots of white fat. The real Barbacoa, from the cheeks of the head, comes in large chunks of meat, hardy any fat. Ill get it some place else for a while and give a try later on. I gave it a 5 star because i was very impress the first time I got it there. I gave a 5 star because i plan to revisit and see if it has gotten better. ”
